    Use in cycles, preferably at night.. Break the ampoule using the included opener. Warm the content between your hands and apply directly onto clean skin of the face, neck and décolleté, massaging gently until fully absorbed.

    Finish with the Vagal Gesture: place your palms over your face, inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds and exhale slowly for 6 seconds. This gesture activates the vagus nerve, induces calm and enhances skin regeneration.

    It can be combined with other AYUNA products that promote detoxification and cellular renewal, such as balm, essence or the facial.
