  • In-store Registration: Register your phone number or email address during your in-store purchase.

網站登入 Website Login

  • 於網站左下角點選 ROARS ,輸入登記電郵及密碼後即可登入 
  • 已於門市登記而首次登入網站的會員,請直接選擇 Join Now,輸入已登記過的電郵同姓名,即可設置密碼
  • 交易紀錄查詢:登入網站 → 點選右上角 Account Details
  • ROARS 積分查詢及兌換:登入網站 → 點選左下角 ROARS

  • Click ROARS at the bottom left corner of the website, then enter your registered email and password to log in.
  • For members who registered in-store but are logging in to the website for the first time, simply select Join Now, enter your previously registered email and full name to set up a password. 
  • Transaction History: Log in → Click Account Details at the top right corner.
  • ROARS Points Check & Redemption: Log in → Click ROARS at the bottom left corner.

售後留貨政策 Product Retention & Pick-up Policy

我們提供售後留貨服務(不包括免費/以優惠價換購之產品),客人於付款日起 6 個月內必須攜同訂單到門市自取產品客人若未能於指定期限內提取貨品,自動被視為放棄產品,恕不設退款退貨及另行通知。如產品在半年期限內出現缺貨情況,客人可以選擇換取同額(或折後價)產品、加錢換購其他產品、或將金額轉為現金抵用額。相關貨品一律不接受退款

We offer a post-purchase product retention service (excluding complimentary items or products purchased at a discounted exchange price). Customers are required to collect their products in-store within six (6) months from the payment date and present their order details upon collection.
If the products are not collected within the specified period, they will be deemed forfeited. No refunds, returns, or further notifications will be provided.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable during the six-month retention period, customers may choose one of the following options:
 • Exchange the item for another product of the same value (or discounted value, where applicable);
 • Pay the difference to upgrade to another product; or
 • Convert the amount into store credit for future purchases.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any products under this policy.

退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy

  • 如產品品質出現問題(如產品有明顯損毁或滲漏情況),客人可提供訂單號碼及有問題產品進行換貨服務。換貨只限於同款同顏色產品 。如遇上產品缺貨情況,客人可決定換取同額產品、加錢換購其他產品、或將金額轉為現金抵用額。客人可選擇於門市即時換貨或經由順豐速遞退回,退貨運費須由客人承擔。換貨的新產品將於 3 個工作天內,送到原訂單的收貨地址,如需更改收貨地址,請於申請換貨時提出。

    If a product is found to be defective (e.g., obvious damage or leakage), customers may provide the order number and the affected product for exchange.
     • Exchanges are limited to the same item and color.
     • If the item is out of stock, customers may:
         -Exchange for another product of the same value,
         -Pay the difference to purchase another product, or
         -Convert the amount into store credit.
     • Customers may choose to exchange in-store or return the item via SF Express (return shipping is borne by the customer).
     • Replacement products will be delivered to the original shipping address within 3 business days. If you wish to change the shipping address, please inform us during the exchange request.

  • 任何天然成份均有致敏風險,如果您有敏感肌膚或曾出現過敏反應,請先細閱網站產品成份列表及進行局部皮膚或皮膚斑貼測試。如客人在使用產品後出現敏感反應,請立即停用產品。客人可於收貨起 7 日內 (以簽收日期為準) 提供訂單號碼及關相片換取同額(或折後價)產品、加錢換購其他產品、或將金額轉為現金抵用額。相關貨品一律不接受退款

    All natural ingredients carry a potential risk of allergic reaction. If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, please carefully review the ingredient list on our website and conduct a patch test prior to use.

    If an allergic reaction occurs after using the product, please discontinue use immediately.
    Within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery date), customers may provide the order number and relevant photos to:
     • Exchange for products of the same or discounted value,
     • Pay the difference for another product, or
     • Convert the amount into store credit.
    Refunds are not accepted in such cases.

  • 產品存放方式不當有可能導致品質變壞,使用時請細閱包裝指示。如發現產品有變質情況,客人可於收貨起 7 日內(以簽收日期為準)提供訂單號碼及關相片換取同額產品、加錢換購其他產品、或將金額轉為現金抵用額。相關貨品一律不接受退款。
    Improper storage may result in product deterioration. Please follow the storage instructions on the packaging carefully. If the product shows signs of spoilage, customers may provide the order number and photos within 7 days of receipt to: 

    • Exchange for products of the same value,

    • Pay the difference for another product, or

    • Convert the amount into store credit.

    Refunds are not accepted in these cases.

  • 請注意,若客人於收到產品後 7 天內沒有反映問題並提供相關照片證明,即表示客人已接受產品之質量及狀況,我們將不會接受任何逾時的換貨及退貨要求,並由 Beautysaur Group Limited 保留最終決定權。
    If no issues are reported and no photographic evidence is provided within 7 days of receiving the product, it will be considered accepted in good condition, and no exchanges or returns will be processed thereafter. Beautysaur Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.

  • 對於產品質量及引起敏感以外的問題,例如產品未能符合客人個人喜好或用後效果未如理想,一律不接受任何形式更換/退貨/退款
    No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted for issues unrelated to product quality, including but not limited to:
     • Product not matching personal preferences
     • Unsatisfactory results after use

  • 任何情況下,所有贈品一律不接受任何形式更換/退貨/退款
    All gifts are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

  • 如預購之產品滿30天仍未出貨,客人可選擇換取相同價值的現金抵用額或申請退款。未滿一個月之退換要求恕不接受。退款金額會於 30 個工作天內按本來的付款方式退回,以信用卡、 PayMe 或於網店付款的客人需負擔 5% 交易手續費。

    For pre-ordered products, if delivery exceeds 30 days, customers may choose to receive store credit of equal value or request a refund.
     • Requests made before 30 days will not be accepted.
     • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.
     • For credit card, PayMe, or online payments, a 5% transaction fee will be applied.
